Do you have a feeling that Cleveland Cavs will always stink?

They had the worst owner in B-Ball the last 2 years. Even in this year's draft, Cleveland would be better off taking Derrick Williams and Brandon Knight at 4 since he can be as good as Kyrie or better at the next level. However, Cleveland will most likely take Kyrie who is undersized and has injury problems. I am also confident they will use their 14 mil trade exception on sh1tty players as opposed to trade for a solid guy like a Granger or Iguodala on the wing.
