What can I do if my neighbors let my dog in their house?

I have a kind of small dog, && people that live down the road, let my dog inside their house. Today they told me, "She likes to lay infront of the air conditioner, I seen fleas on her so I sprayed stuff on her, && She really likes fried hotdogs." My dad said if she goes up there again, we have to just go up grab her collar and leave.. I don't want to do that so what do I do?
