Tryna slim up for b-ball season. I got dis iphone app dats supposed to make you be able to run 3 miles in 2 months. If i start now i figure i can have better endurance by time football and basketball seasons roll up. Thing is i don't live in a nice neighborhood. There is all kinds of stray dogs out. Not to mention if somebody seen me running with an iphone they will prolly try to rob me. Gym aint no option i gotta save for when i turn 18. So would running around my backyard work da same?
