Help with fleas on newborn kittens?

My cat had kittens that are just under 3 days old now. The mom got fleas right before and i tried treating her which was partially successful. but now she has fleas again and passed them on to her kittens I checked them over and it looks like there's 3 - 5 fleas on each kitten, I know chemical treatment isn't an option so what should I do?
