I wanna lose weight.?

its not the calories that makes you fat. Stay away from the carbohydrates (bread, potatos etc.) and sweets. Thats the first step. Increase your veggies and fruits and meats also. If you are drinking cows milk try to switch to non pasteurized goats milk. Goats milk is better for you and its a pretty good taste. Although it can be a bit thicker than cows milk it tastes a whole lot better.
