Lose 10 pounds in 6 weeks!!?
You're wanting a fad diet. One of those diets that are always saying lose 10 pounds in two weeks! Those never work, and even if they do they last about 2 days. I know how you feel, i feel bigger then anyone in my class, and i'm always weighing myself and measuring myself. But what kind of life is this? It's not one at all, and now i'm finally understanding this. I tried to make myself throw up after i ate, and that's really stupid because it's such an ugly process to go through, and anorexia is horrible too as soon as you start eating again you gain weight back. Just cut out any fried foods and soft drinks, because they make your tummy bloated. You should exercise for at least 15 minutes a day, and always pace yourself don't push yourself to where you pass out i tried it and i'm still recovering. And pounds really don't mean much because i'm 150 pounds and 5'8 and a half and that's healthy weight. It's hard to say that i feel good about myself, but now i see that weight isn't everything and if i stayed away from fatty foods and i've lost about 10 pounds in 2 months. You should only lose about maybe a half a pound a week. It takes time but it does happen, good luck and you know what? You Truly are beautiful no matter what people say.
