What is up with guys being soooo f***ing protective over girls?

Why the hell is he controlling when & whom u talk to ? Lol newsflash...he doesn't own u ! There's a distinct difference between being overprotective & straight up possessive. Unfortunately, it sounds to me like ur bf maybe possessive of u, which is a bad thing. Be careful, because relationships that begin like this dnt end well. I dnt wanna scare or worry u but, these types of relationships snowball into abusive ones. So be smart ! It may start off as him telling u who u can or cannot socialize with & next thing u knw, he'll be telling u what u can or cannot wear or go etc.
